I am sure that our dinner last week is a distant memory for you now you will have done so many since.  But I did want to pass some feedback to you. Several people talked to me the next day about the quality of the meal – people who travel a lot and would have access to high quality food.  One man said it was the best steak he had had for a decade and another person who is the partner in one of the big 4 law firms said that “that was not conference food – it was five star dining”.

The menu offered a diverse selection, and every dish we tried was exceptional. The "Mariscos de Azul" stood out with its fresh, succulent seafood and perfectly balanced flavors. The signature sushi and tapas were innovative and delightful, each bite showcasing the chef's creativity and expertise.
